Delete Account

You can delete your Sysslor account at any time directly from the app. Here is how to do it.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the Sysslor app on your device.
  2. Tap the settings icon (gear) in the top-right corner of the home screen.
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete account".
  4. If you have an active store subscription, you will be asked to acknowledge that it will not be cancelled automatically — you must cancel it separately with Apple or Google.
  5. Confirm the deletion. Your account will be deactivated immediately.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • Your personal account data (display name, email, username) is cleared.
  • You are removed from all communities you belonged to.
  • All your active sessions and devices are signed out.
  • End-to-end encrypted chore content cannot be recovered — Sysslor does not hold the encryption keys.
  • Historical community records (such as completed chore logs and ledger transactions) are preserved for referential integrity of the communities you participated in.
