Subscription & Refund Policy

Sysslor is currently in early access — no subscription fees are being charged. When subscription plans are introduced, payments will be processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Auto-renewing subscriptions charge to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be notified of any new pricing before charges begin.

Early access users are currently free of charge. Subscription plans and pricing will be announced before any charges take effect. Pricing details will be displayed in-app and on this page once finalised.

Prices may vary by country and are subject to change. Price changes will be communicated before your next billing period.

Trial periods, if offered in the future, will be available to first-time subscribers only. At the end of the trial, your subscription converts to a paid plan unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:

Apple (iOS): Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Sysslor

Google Play (Android): Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sysslor

Deleting the Sysslor app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the platform where you subscribed.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until the period ends.

No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

Sysslor subscriptions are processed through Apple and Google, which manage refunds according to their respective policies.

To request a refund:

• Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google: play.google.com → Account → Order history → Request a refund

Sysslor does not directly process refunds for in-app purchases. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple or Google per their policies.

If subscription prices change, you will be notified before the change takes effect. For auto-renewing subscriptions, price increases require your consent before renewal (per Apple and Google platform policies).
