Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Sysslor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Sysslor is a family chore management application with end-to-end encrypted task coordination, allowance tracking, and multi-community support. The service helps families organize chores, track rewards, and stay coordinated.

The service is provided "as-is" and may change over time. We may add, modify, or remove features with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must consent to these Terms on your behalf.

Sysslor is designed for family use. The account creator (community admin) is responsible for managing membership and ensuring all members comply with these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Account sharing is not permitted except through Sysslor's built-in community membership features (invite codes, QR code sharing).

Sysslor may offer paid subscription plans through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. As of now, Sysslor is in early access and no charges apply. Any future subscription terms, pricing, auto-renewal, and cancellation will be governed by the platform through which you subscribe and communicated before taking effect.

When using Sysslor, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to circumvent encryption or access data belonging to other communities
• Use automated means to access the service without permission
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

Chore names, descriptions, template content, and display details are encrypted on your device. We do not have access to encrypted content and cannot moderate, recover, or restore it.

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Sysslor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use content you explicitly make public (such as community names) for the purpose of operating the service.

Community admins are responsible for managing their community's membership and content. Sysslor does not monitor or moderate encrypted community content.

Sysslor, the Sysslor logo, and all related branding are the exclusive property of Choolii Solution AB. You may not use Sysslor trademarks without prior written permission.

The Sysslor software, including its code, design, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Sysslor may integrate with third-party services (authentication providers, push notifications). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms. Sysslor is not responsible for third-party service availability or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Choolii Solution AB and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Choolii Solution AB's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ten Euros (€10) if no fees have been paid.

Sysslor is not liable for:

• Loss of encrypted content due to lost encryption keys
• Member behaviour within communities
• Service interruptions or data loss

The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sysslor does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

You may stop using Sysslor at any time. To delete your account, contact your community admin or adminstration@chooli.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
